Women’s Pelvic Floor
Physical Therapy
a holistic approach to women’s health
What is Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy?
Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy (PFPT) is a holistic, mind-body approach to healing and restoring balance in the pelvic region. It focuses on the muscles, ligaments, nerves, and connective tissues that support the bladder, uterus, rectum, and core. These structures are deeply connected to our physical, emotional, and energetic well-being.
Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, pelvic floor physical therapists work with the whole person—addressing how stress, posture, breath, and lifestyle impact the pelvic floor and overall health.
